About this Program

This program is offered as a public service and is totally free of charge. It will be fun but it can also be demanding physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. That is the nature of life itself. When you participate in this program, you are assuming responsibility for your choices and actions and their consequences.

About the Program Developer

Curtis Frantz has trained in Martial Arts for nearly two decades and is a Master in Hapkido and in Taekwondo. He has long recognized the enormous impact our self-esteem and self-love have on our lives. Seven years ago he co-created this program when he became aware of how training in Hapkido can help grow the sense of self. He has been gaining in this understanding and enhancing the program ever since.
